My goals for the Fellowship

I will make the most of the opportunity the Fellowship provides to learn the practice of performance auditing from senior-level Canadian experts and to strengthen my capacity in this field. I will also seek to acquire knowledge and skills in leadership, an essential quality for managing the dynamics of change.

The impact I hope to make as a graduate Fellow

At the end of my placement in Canada, I plan to improve the auditing procedures of the Cour des Comptes du Sénégal. I also hope to contribute to the training of my colleagues, while providing them the means to work more efficiently in conducting their audit missions and contributing to the achievement of the Cour des Comptes’ operational and strategic objectives.
