Scott is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over a decade of experience in public sector auditing and international development. As Director, International Programs, he leads initiatives to strengthen Supreme Audit Institutions across the Indo-Pacific region. His work focuses on strategic planning, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and designing and delivering professional development programs on performance auditing.

Previously, Scott held progressively senior roles with the Offices of the Auditor General in Alberta and Bermuda, leading both financial and performance audits and supporting capacity-building initiatives globally. He holds degrees in Commerce and Economics from the University of Alberta and is a recipient of CPA Alberta’s Early Achievement Award.
