
Course Objectives
Communicating effectively with auditees can be one of the trickiest parts of an audit. Auditees may misunderstand the nature of requests or be reluctant to collaborate. How can you improve this relationship to ensure your audit proceeds more smoothly?
Participants will acquire knowledge and skills to:
- understand good processes and relationship practices to effectively engage auditees at each audit phase
- Assess current office practices against good practices
- Diagnose auditee relationships
- Improve auditee engagement

This course is for auditors who want to learn tools and techniques to strengthen auditee engagement and maintain effective relationships with the entity.
Format
This virtual course consists of two 4-hour sessions, delivered over two days. The course includes a mix of instructor-led content, interactive exercises, and break-out sessions.
