Auditing Gender-Based Analysis+ (GBA+)

 

Course Objectives

Always wanted to know more about GBA+ concepts and how to include these concepts in your audit work?


This course will teach you the essentials of auditing GBA+, the rationale for incorporating gender equality and gender issues into audit work, and key knowledge and tools to audit gender equality, gender-based analysis+ and gender mainstreaming.

Who Should Participate?

This course is intended for legislative and internal auditors who want to acquire knowledge and become familiar with tools to conduct a performance audit of GBA+ and related initiatives in government.

Format

This virtual course is delivered over 1 day. The course includes a mix of instructor-led content, interactive exercises, and break-out sessions.

  • Gender Equality and GBA+ Audit Criteria – What to audit

This course will require 1 hour of individual work outside course hours.
