I attained a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Central Queensland University, Australia, Suva Campus, Fiji in 2007. I joined the Office of the Auditor General of Fiji in September 2009 as an Assistant Programmer in the IT Unit, under the corporate section of the OAG. In 2014 I was promoted to Senior Systems Analyst and held the post up until 2017, when I left the OAG. I rejoined the office in 2023 as a Senior IT Auditor in the Performance Audit Group and have been conducting IT audits using the performance audit methodology.

My goals for the Fellowship

I hope to learn as much as I can in the area of IT audits, cybersecurity, data analytics and performance audits. I am also open to any other learnings offered by CAAF that will improve my professional skills.

The impact I hope to make as a graduate Fellow

After the Fellowship, I hope to implement the learnings from CAAF in the IT audit space for SAI Fiji through my work and hopefully build a data hub to complement data analytics work for our financial auditors.
