Jennifer Howard

 

Jennifer Howard is a former Vice-Chair of the Manitoba Public Accounts Committee, with three decades of experience in and around politics. She has served as an elected member of the Manitoba Legislature, a finance minister and a senior political staff at the provincial and federal levels. She has also served in senior leadership positions in non-profit organizations and the labour movement. Jennifer is renowned for her work across political parties, the audit office, and audited entities to reform committee practices, encouraging greater member engagement, collaboration with audit offices, and collaboration with the public service, all in the interest of improving accountability.
