Mrs. Nathalie Robertson brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors, with a proven record in organizational transformation, strategic foresight, and building strong relationships. During the last four years, Mrs. Robertson served as Director at the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, where she led national and territorial performance audits on issues of critical importance to Canadians. Before joining the OAG, she held several leadership roles at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), overseeing areas such as strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, financial standards and information programs, and corporate services. During her time at CIHI, she introduced innovative approaches including a stakeholder engagement framework, a new model for the sale of technical specifications, and the public release of the Cost of a COVID-19 hospital stay figure. Earlier in her career, she worked as a management consultant at a large CPA firm. Mrs. Robertson holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University. She is fully bilingual in English and French. As a leader, Mrs. Robertson is guided by integrity, collaboration, and learning. She embeds equity, diversity, and inclusion into her leadership approach and emphasizes open and transparent communication—creating an environment where people have clarity, feel supported, and can see the impact of their work.
